1. Service Overview

We offer meal preparation and delivery services exclusively to residents of Arts District Apartments, located at 222 East McDowell Road, Phoenix, AZ 85004 (“Apartment Complex”). Our meals are prepared in compliance with food safety standards and delivered directly to customers’ doorsteps within the Apartment Complex.
2. Eligibility

To place an order with Us, you must be:

• A current resident of Arts District Apartments.
• At least 18 years of age or have permission from a parent or legal guardian if under the age of 18.
3. Orders and Payment
• Placing Orders: Orders can be placed through Our website at cleaneats-kitchen.com. Customers will receive confirmation of their order and arrangement of delivery options within 24 hours of placing the order.

• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders must be submitted by Friday at 10:00 AM for delivery the following week.
​
• Delivery Days: We deliver on Fridays and Sundays, or at a pre-arranged time as agreed upon during order confirmation.

• Pricing: All meal prices are listed on Our website and are subject to change without notice. Please refer to cleaneats-kitchen.com for the most current pricing.

• Payment: We accept payments via [List Payment Methods, e.g., credit cards, debit cards, etc.]. All payments must be completed at the time of order.
4. Delivery Policy
• Delivery Time and Location: Unless agreed upon via email communication, all meals must be picked up from community room on Fridays and/or Sundays at a time specified by CleanEats Kitchen each week. Please ensure that someone is available to pick up delivery each week.

• Failed Delivery Attempts: In the event of a missed delivery, meals will be kept for up to 24 hours from the original delivery window. After this period, meals will no longer be available for pickup, and no refunds will be issued for non-pickup orders.

• Delivery Issues: Any delivery issues should be reported to Us immediately upon receipt of your order.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations: Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase to receive a full refund. Cancellations must be submitted in writing via [insert preferred contact method, e.g., email address].
• Refunds: Refunds will not be issued for failed deliveries due to customer unavailability or for non-pickup of meals within the stated 24-hour window.

7. Limitation of Liability

We strive to prepare and deliver meals safely and responsibly. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, CleanEats Kitchen and its employees or agents shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from:
• Food allergies not disclosed to Us at the time of order.
